Mr. Foley was an infielder for a decade between the mid '80's and mid 90's. He was often a backup and played in games totaling of about 3.5 seasons during his career. Though a capable infielder he was not a capable pitcher, a fact he proved during a game with the Expos in 1999. In 1/3 of an inning pitched he got one out and gave up a Home Run. He is currently the Third Base Coach for the Tampa Bay Rays. I thank him very much for signing.
