Mr. Walling's card when I was gone over Thanksgiving and the Postal Service didn't deliver my back mail until yesterday.
Nicknamed "Good Wood," Mr. Walling was best known for being a pinch hitting specialist. He is ranked 13th on the all time list for career pinch hits. He is currently a roving hitting instructor for the Baltimore Orioles. I thank him very much for signing.
