In the span of a week I experience a (rather surprising) earthquake and a (rather underwhelming) hurricane. Mr. Lombardi had the ignominy of committing an error in his first chance, mis-throwing an attempt to throw out a stealing Bret Butler at second base. It was his only career error at catcher.
