Happy Tax Day!!!
Okay, I admit. There's nothing happy about tax day, except that I got two more cards, and contemporary autograph as well! I'll start with the later first.
Adam Lind (1B/OF/DH) - Toronto Blue Jays
Adam is not a player from the 1988 set but before I started this project I sent out requests to a number of current players. Very few have responded but Adam Lind did! Adam has played for Toronto his entire career and has been a solid member of several past fantasy baseball teams for me. I thank him very much for responding. A special shout out for James. Go Jays!
Alan Ashby (P) - April 14, 2011 - Response time: 170 days

Mr. Ashby breaks the record for the longest response time for the third time in a week. He is also my first response from another country (Canada). He is a member of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame and a member of the Houston Astros All Time Team. A special shout to my granddad; my favorite Astros fan. Mr. Ashby is the current radio play-by-play man for the Toronto Blue Jays. I thank him very much for responding.
